Dr. Ginger O’Neal holds a Ph.D. in school leadership. She has been a classroom teacher, assistant principal, principal, college professor, and an associate superintendent in a private school system.  For 10 years, she wrote and produced documentary films on humanitarian work around the world.  Dr. O’Neal has traveled in 69 countries visiting every continent except for Antarctica. Since 2011, she has served on the administrative team at Gwinnett Online Campus as an assistant principal.  Her expertise includes development and implementation of blended and online instructional models, school culture, and professional development structures.   

Christine Austin is an assistant principal at Gwinnett Online Campus where she has been since its inception in 2011. She has been in education for 18 years and has held roles ranging from face-to-face and online teacher, to instructional coordinator, to assistant principal. Ms. Austin specializes in program development and designing instructional models. She is an accomplished public speaker and has been internationally recognized for her work with personalized and online learning. She is passionate about empowering students to exceed their potential and believes that innovation and grit are the keys to unlocking that potential.
